Water contains very few calories so can be drunk in large quantities without the fear of it affecting your weight loss regime. Water is very cheap so you won’t have to spend a large quantity of money in order to drink lots of it. So fill your stomach without feeling the effects! 2. Alternatively you could try to eat beans, nuts or pulses. These are packed full of proteins and fibre which will help to give you your daily supply, whilst being very low in carbohydrates. The fibre also ensures that you won’t have to eat much before you feel full. Because of this, you are taking in a very small quantity of healthy food; something that will not harm your weight loss attempts.

This means that you feel fuller for longer because your body is getting the most out of the food so needs no extra.
