Masala Bhangra was created by Sarina Jain. Although it is a new type of cardio workout, Masala Bhangra has actually been around since the beginning of 1990. Sarina Jain quickly noticed that people in India were interested in this type of dance moves, so she began to not just choreograph dances based on the principle, but actually teach classes as well.
Taking Part in a Masala Bhangra Workout
One thing to bear in mind is that these classes are not easy. However, they do burn 500 calories an hour, which is very impressive and Masala Bhangra weight loss will follow very quickly. The reality is, however, that most people only last half an hour the first time they try it and they often get disillusioned and give up on it.
